The Leadership Committee is critical to the success of Value Partners. The committee is responsible for charting the organization’s overarching business strategy as well as establishing the values and principles that our growth builds upon.
Ms. LIN Xianghong, the Company's Chairman and Executive Director, is leading the overall business of the Group. Mr. Louis SO, the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Director, who is responsible for managing the Group’s investment research and portfolio management functions, continues working closely with Ms. LIN Xianghong to oversee the overall business strategies of the Group.
