Individuals: Generally, an individual is an accredited investor if they, individually or with a spouse, have a net worth that exceeds $1 million (excluding the value of the primary residence). An individual may also be an accredited investor if they have an income that exceeds $200,000, (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse), for each of the two most recent years and a reasonable expectation of the same level of income in the current year.

Non-Individuals: Generally, an entity is an accredited investor if it was not formed for the purpose of investing in any specific fund described in this website and it has total assets that exceed $5,000,000.
