Dr. HOU Ke is an Investment Director, Fixed Income of Value Partners.

Dr. HOU is a senior fixed income investment specialist with extensive experience in the global fixed income markets. Over the course of his career, he has held key positions at several leading Chinese asset management institutions. He previously served as Head of Fixed Income Investment at Huaan Asset Management (Hong Kong), Deputy Head of Fixed Income Investment at CCB International Asset Management, and Fixed Income Fund Manager at Bosera International.

Throughout his career, Dr. HOU has demonstrated outstanding investment capabilities. The public bond and money market funds under his management have consistently ranked among the top performers in the market. He is adept at designing bespoke fixed income portfolios and strategies for large financial institutions and corporate clients, providing diversified investment solutions tailored to their specific risk–return objectives. His disciplined approach to portfolio construction, combined with prudent risk management, has enabled him to deliver stable, benchmark‑outperforming returns for clients over the long term.

Dr. HOU holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and a First-Class Honours Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
